Jesus asked Peter, do you love Me?' 'Yes Lord; You know that I love You.' Jesus said, 'Tend My lambs.' Jesus asked again a second time, 'Peter, do you love Me?' He answered, 'Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.' He said to him, 'Shepherd My sheep' He asked the third time, 'Peter, do you love Me?' Peter was grieved because Jesus asked the third time, 'Do you love Me?' And he answered Him, 'Lord, You know all things; You know that I love You.' Jesus repeated, 'Feed My sheep' (John 21:15-17}
